JOB PURPOSE Key focus will be on deployment of UMS program and proper application of improvement methodology.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Complete all learnership requirements as stipulated by Unilever, including but not limited to training attendance, assessments completion, project completion, logbook completion, and presentations as needed. Drive process efficiency across all performance areas of the site in alignment with its Master plan strategic priorities and needs. Deployment of UMS program and proper application of improvement methodology; delivery of Foundation and when relevant UMS Advanced Tier agenda across all the pillars. Manage the roll out of UMS program in the site & support pillars with their improvement plans, governance & gap analysis. Site performance data reporting & management of data systems. Data analysis & trend identification for improvement. Support on governance of the site's cost savings program. Track progress of actions & delivery of savings working directly with project leads. Follow SOP procedures as needed within the operation assigned to. Conform to all site rules governing safety of self and others, quality and code of business principles. Key Requirements Essential: Completed Degree in Industrial Engineering Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Good communication skills both written and verbal – proficient in English Self-starter & agile mindset Analytical thinking & affinity for numbers Critical Unilever Behaviors PERSONAL MASTERY: Sets high standards for themselves.
