Industrial Engineering External Sales Account Representative for External clients - Cape TownPosition Type: PermanentMinimum Qualifications:Matric certificateEngineering Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Sales diplomaMust have a valid driver's licenseResponsibilities:Prepare and complete quotes timeouslyRespond to generated inquiries and leadsPrioritize quotes to meet deadlines and achieve sales targetsProvide product information, address customer queries, and guide them through the sales processCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilmentFollow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customersProvide regular updates on progress as well as challengesGather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvementCommunicate feedback to relevant teams for continuous product or service enhancementTravel to various sites to meet with clients and gather information to compile quotesExperience:Must have experience in Industrial Engineering as an External Sales RepresentativeExperience in Reconfiguration Industries would be a bonusExperience in doing presentations for external customers on products requested and closing dealsInterest in obtaining tenders for the company if neededAssist in managing customer relationships and expectationsSalary: Market related R25,000 – R40,000 CTC - Negotiable, plus company car, company cellphone, and company laptop when going to see customers.
