Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join their team at a leading plastic manufacturing company in Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and manufacturing processes, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities : Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste Design and implement new manufacturing processes and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and maximize output Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow Develop and maintain production standards and guidelines for quality control Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies Stay current on industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering Requirements Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, particularly in the plastics industry Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and practices is a plus Benefits Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
