Analyze production costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with company objectives.
Use data analytics to forecast production demands and resource allocation.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product and process compliance.
Provide recommendations for technological upgrades and automation to enhance productivity.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, solutions, and implemented changes.
Train staff on new systems, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth transitions.
Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in process optimization and project management.
Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial methodologies.
Expertise in CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis platforms.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process optimization, manufacturing, or operations.
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management principles is an advantage.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
