Industrial Engineer

Job Description:Analyze production processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve operational performance.Conduct time and motion studies, process simulations, and data analysis to support decision-making.Design and implement layouts, workflows, and material handling systems to maximize space utilization and productivity.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to implement process changes.Support cost reduction efforts by identifying waste, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.Develop and maintain detailed reports on project progress and results.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Job Requirements:National Diploma (or higher) in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering3-5 years working experience in the Automotive industry.Familiar with project management principlesExperience in Assembly, Machining, and Forging Operations preferredKnowledge of the following systems would be advantageous:lATFAutoCADAvixFMEA softwareSAP systems
