About the role: We are looking for two Junior Consultants with an industrial engineering background to join our Business Improvement team supporting our journey toward digital transformation. In this role, you will perform tasks related to the efficient and effective delivery of business improvement projects including research, stakeholder engagement and understanding of the status quo, project planning and management, and change management. You will also support quality control of all deliverables on projects you are responsible for.
Effective and efficient processes are important to us. You will therefore join the co-hort of Lean Methodology Champions and help embed the culture in Zutari by driving use of the relevant tools on your projects.

Our head office is in Tshwane; however, we are open to the right candidates being based in any of our offices across South Africa.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Master's qualification is advantageous.1-2 years' experience in process improvement, business analysis, project planning and management, stakeholder engagement and change management.1-2 years' experience on technology related projects focusing on data management and data warehouse design will be highly beneficial.Knowledge or experience of data programming languages i.e. SQL, Python.Experience with or exposure to Microsoft PowerBI is advantageous.Skills and characteristics: Analytical thinking and problem solvingCommunication and interpersonal skillsConsultation and facilitation skillsDetail-oriented and capable of delivering tasks with a high level of accuracyLeadership and management skillsKnowledge of business structureStakeholder analysisRequirements engineering and process mappingCosts benefit analysisUnderstanding of dashboards/reports, networks, databases and underlying technologiesTime management and organisational skillsWe believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
