Key Responsibility Areas:Process improvementFacility layout and designData analysis and reportingInventory managementLabor managementContinuous improvementsTechnology integrationHealth and safetyProject managementRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Industrial EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably within a warehouse or distribution centre environmentProficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for layout designStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI)Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management softwareFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesProficiency in simulation modelling and tools such as AnyLogic or similar software
