Industrial Engineer

An opportunity exists at Springs, East Rand for an energetic, Industrial Engineer (Meat Industry) to start immediately.
Requirements:

3-5 years experience
3 years in the meat processing Industry

Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be able to work un-supervised within a team and possess clear communication skills.
The individual must be energetic and able to cope with physical tasks.

Ability to work for long hours as and when required.
Experience in analysing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs (Process Optimization)
Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Understanding of supply chain dynamics to optimize the flow of materials and products, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and distributors.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

B Eng Industrial Engineering Degree required.
Project Management Qualification
Minimum 3 years Project Management experience
Minimum 3 years in production and operational experience
