Industrial Engineer

Our client is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Diploma in Industrial Engineering Project Management (advantageous) 2-5 years' experience Automotive experience (advantageous) Technical Skills and Specialist Knowledge: Use of Measuring Equipment Strong communication skills Leadership skills to deliver projects, processes, and manufacturing improvements in a lean manufacturing environment Analytical thinker Problem-solving skills Teamwork Proficiency in MS Office Roles and Responsibilities: Eliminate waste and enhance efficiency Implement continuous improvement initiatives Apply 5S and safety/environmental practices Ensure quality standards are met Manage attendance and people development Handle general operational tasks as required
