Job Description:Oversee the transition of engineering designs into production, ensuring smooth integrationParticipate in the engineering release process, addressing industrial and process engineering needsDevelop detailed production line models for subassembly installation and resolve issues by implementing corrective actionsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business goalsMaintain thorough documentation of processes and findingsEngage in ongoing improvement efforts to optimize production processes and boost efficiencySkills & Experience: 3+ years in industrial/process engineering, preferably in components or heavy machineryStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line dynamicsExperience in time studies and production line optimizationCollaborative team player with engineering and production teams3D modeling software experience (advantageous)Willingness to travel internationally as neededProficient in data analysisStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a team environmentQualification:Bachelor's/B Tech in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalentOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
