Industrial Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

Job Responsibilities: Support the Plant Manager in implementing and maintaining the company as well as in achieving the company objectives in the plant.Guarantee that the company is fully understood and communicated within the plant.Communicate company expectations & targets of the production line towards the plant and request & bundle feedback from the plant towards the Regional company Coordinator.Analyze logistics & production processes and indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.Initiate and realize changes in cooperation with the plant/department managers to improve training, processes, material flows, and labor utilization.Assure that exclusively harmonized company methods and tools are applied within the plant to implementTrain plant management, trainers, and plant staff in methods according to the method box, e.g. Shopfloor Management, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, elimination of waste and Standardized Work Procedures.Support Lean Evaluation / Assessment to monitor the improvement progress within the plant.Prepare internal reports periodically and as requested.Guarantee compliance with the company policies and procedures.Job Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent3 years of professional experience in an Automotive environmentFamiliar with production methodsProfound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing conceptsStrong analytical, Coaching, and problem-solving skillsExperienced moderator and teambuilding know-how Intercultural competenciesSalary: RNegotiable MonthlyJob Reference #: 1138802
