Qualifications: Mechanical/Industrial or Chemical Engineering DegreeTechnical College EducationAt least 3 years in lubricant industryRequirements: Proficient in MS Office.CRM (Salesforce)Effective Time Management SkillsWork well in a TeamSystematic Approach and Analytical SkillsCoaching and FacilitationNegotiationsSales Opportunity IdentificationLubricant Product, Lubricant Application and Lubrication Technical Services KnowledgeAble to travel long distancesDuties:Grow volume sales of flagship and premium products.Introduce/Communicate and Implement Marketing and Sales Promotion to the CustomersIdentify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers.Identify and secure product upgrade opportunitiesUpdate salesforce with effective pipelineWeekly pipeline presentation and reportingMaintain and support existing customersMonthly reporting on Wins, losses, Price BenchmarkingBenefit reportNew and major PES account developmentManage Customer Account and DebtorsAssist with collectionsDaily reports suck as back orders, dispatched not invoicedResolve customer complaints and follow up on NCRsDevelop individual account strategies in support of your sales goals
