We are seeking an innovative, creative, dedicated and energetic individual with the necessary skills and experience to join our dynamic staff team from 1 January 2025 in the following position:
ESTATES MANAGERThe successful applicant will have experience and expertise in the following: Key Requirements: Leadership and managementExcellent organisational skillsBachelor's degree or professional certification at the relevant NQF levelExperience in school estates managementCertification and clearances that are aligned with working in a school environmentKey Skills: Excellent in environmental sustainabilityProcurement and contract managementOccupational Health and SafetyStrong in systems managementStrategic budgetingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong in preventative maintenanceAbility to implement and manage a maintenance planProject managing building programmes in the schoolExperience in the building trade is importantSetting up and managing work scheduleEnsuring all facilities are maintained in a cost-effective mannerExcellent at problem solving, decision making, and time managementTo be considered for this position, please email your CV and two written references to ****** by 6 January 2025.
