To know more about our Employee Value Proposition.Role: L1 Support - Incident Management AgentRequired Skills:Experience in IT support in ERP systems.Strong hands-on experience with Pega or Oracle ERP (Order Configuration) or Supply Chain.Preferred Qualifications: Pega certification or ITMS certification is preferred but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for incident management, ensuring quick resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.Provide L1 support for Pega or Oracle ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Order Configuration or Supply Chain modules.Monitor, track, and escalate incidents as necessary to ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with other support teams to address complex issues and provide seamless service to end-users.
