Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field o Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or equivalentTechnical Skills:Strong understanding of FinTech/Banking Technology stack and its dependenciesProficiency in documenting and defining technical dependenciesExperience with Known Error Database (KEDB) managementFamiliarity with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes and documentationProficiency in maintaining Corrective Actions Logs and categorizing corrective actions per vendor and platformKnowledge of platforms such as MoMoAPP, Azure, EPW shared systems, GSM, SAS, Eva, Optasia, Jumo, network systemsProblem management and Incident and Change ManagementProfessional Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in problem management and resolution within a FinTech or similar technological environmentExperience working with OPCOs Service Desk and other operational entitiesProven track record of successful management and tracking of corrective actionsSoft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
