Inbound Travel Consultant - Kloof, Durban

Luxury African inbound travel company based in Kloof is looking for a Travel Consultant. Must have local and regional knowledge and have dealt with international agents. Agents come mainly from the UK, Europe, and the US.
Responsibilities:

Creative planning and designing of itineraries
Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved
Handling of bookings from quote to finalising, invoicing and travel documents
Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners, and colleagues
Proactive selling of our products and services ensuring the best possible safari for the guests

Requirements:

Grade 12
A formal qualification in Tourism
Experience in inbound travel & tours
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing clients with the required level of service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must have inbound experience, excellent knowledge of South Africa, Luxury Safari camps across SA, Botswana, and Zimbabwe
Fluent in English
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
