Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a luxury inbound travel consultantMust have proficiency in TourplanKnowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East AfricaPlanning, quoting, and designing journeys throughout Southern and East Africa timeously and accuratelyManaging all aspects of tours from quoting through to post-tour file closureEnsuring your in-country guest tours run smoothly and without errorBeing on call for your in-country guests after hours while they are travelingTour administration to be maintained and accurateBooking all services for your toursCoordinating all invoicing/payments for your tours with accountsReconfirmation of all services before travelPreparation of Travel documentsAbility to handle high volumes of work without compromising on accuracyExcellent written and verbal command of the English languageExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clients & agentsCrisis management and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyAttention to detail and organizational skillsWorking with a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
