Responsibilities:

Provide consultative assistance to customers.
Help customers with their booking needs as a travel consultant.
Manage financial transactions and process payments.
Provide recommendations to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Identify stated and unstated customer needs.
Knowledge of customer and market requirements.
Advertise current offers to customers.
Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Adhere to timelines and schedules.
Dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of sales experience.
Matric / Grade 12.
Must have excellent command over the English language.
Agent should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment, including weekend working (predominantly night shifts).
