Inbound Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Agent.
As a Junior Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Business training is also provided in our company, as growth is also very important to us.
No experience is required for this vacancy, as we will provide full product training for the financial services and products we will be rendering.
We also provide full FICA and FAIS Compliance training to ensure that all of our agents are fit and proper, as that's what is required.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Attending full product and business training.
- Raising awareness about our financial services to customers.
- Pitching our financial services (funeral cover, store accounts & phone insurance) to customers.
- Selling these products to customers in retail environments.
- Handling all queries related to these products.
- Providing feedback to our Managing Directors daily.
Requirements:
- Must have passed matric
- A valid South African ID
- Must reside in Cape Town
- Must have a clean criminal record
