Inbound Logistics Coordinator

Ares Holdings is looking for Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The role will assist the team with effectively managing the Inbound Operations.

Brand support: Understanding the process of raising Purchase Orders.OOR vs SAP alignment - requesting for shipment payment and follow ups
Weekly management of OORFocus on consolidation and Pre-bookingFlagging Risks and delays on shipping lead timeManaging the receipting lead timeCosting of all shipment within SLAOversee the clearing instruction process and ensuring timeous submissionConsolidation and Pre-bookingsFlagging risk and delays on shipping timesOversee all airfreight and samplesManging of all Inbound costs
