To design a profitable business model and ensure implementation.To ensure national fruit and veg policy and procedures are implemented and adhered to.To ensure implementation of and adherence to the Food safety and Hygiene procedures and policies.Efficiently managing the Fruit and Veg training school.To provide exceptional input regarding maintenance of fruit and veg equipment.To provide input and suggestions regarding fruit and veg layout and equipment.
