Qualifications:Matric is essentialDiploma / Certificate / Degree will secureMinimum of 3 years imports / exports experience is requiredRoad freight experience is essentialSAP computer literacy is an advantageDuties:Manage road freight for imports and exports including all documentationAssisting the domestic Sales Managers with their day to day businessEntering orders in SAP systemUpdating data bases : updating contact details of new suppliers and new customersMaintaining active relationships with customers, suppliers, logistic partners and credit insurers telephonically and via emailManage credit insurance management on all customers portfoliosUnderstanding price trendsFollowing up on product samplingFollow the technical standards & legal obligations for the products sold Conduct marketing studiesAssisting the Sales Manager in the development of existing customers and prospecting of new customersAdministrative tasks
