Imports and Exports ControllerPort ElizabethDuties and Responsibilities•Ensure adherence to the company`s rules and regulations as documented in the company`s disciplinary policy•Assisting on customs inspections and auditing•Arrange booking ad prepare all Export/Import documentation•Estimates for imports/exports and cross trade shipments•Register files and do customs documentation•Audit and submit supplier invoices and disbursements•Pre-alerts for all Exports/Imports shipments•Complete SADC/DA65/SAD500 documents•Resolve customs queries•Suppliers' management skill•Supply management with updates on shipments•Updating weekly and daily shipping schedule•Warehouse management skill (CCA and OS)•Handling of files from start to finish including invoices•Processing of different certificates on the export•Draw out SOP for different shipment and cases handling•Adhoc function which may fall in the ambit of the job requirements;Minimum Requirements: •Grade 12•Certificate or relevant in Imports and Exports•5 years' experience in Import and export within the industry•Excel and good planning skillsKPA (Key Performance Indicator): •Attendance•Quality of work•Efficiency•Health & SafetyPersonal Attributes:•Logic and attention to detail•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)•Time Management
