In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring shipment movement, preparing and submitting essential documents, and keeping clients informed about the status of their imports. You will also work with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, conduct inspections, and take proactive measures to resolve any issues that arise during the import process. To be successful, you will need a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is essential, and you must have a strong understanding of customs procedures and international trade practices.
