What You'll Do as an Implementation Consultant at Agrigistics ? As an Implementation Consultant at Agrigistics, you will play a crucial role in enhancing workforce management for clients in agriculture, construction, and other labour-intensive industries.
Using Agrigistics, you will develop innovative solutions for time & attendance challenges, provide expert guidance, and streamline onboarding processes to ensure efficient and accurate systems.
Your responsibilities include solving complex problems related to time & attendance, creating and sharing best practices, conducting training sessions to simplify intricate concepts, and continuously improving processes by identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their labour management practices with effective problem-solving strategies.

Who is the person we are looking for?
Degree in BCom, BEng, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in time & attendance management.
Experience working in labour-intensive industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, or construction.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Proactive, self-starter who takes ownership of their work and continuously seeks improvement.
Client-focused with a strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
