Impact Resource Co-Ordinator

The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating, planning, coordinating, and implementing learnerships, internships, and impact resourcing projects.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department: Human Resources.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHave a thorough understanding of the SAQA / NQF framework (this is a great advantage).Have project management capabilities – scope, initiate, and manage the project to execution.Be able to work independently.The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels including clients, SETAs, trainers, and learners.Excellent organization and coordination skills.Have written and verbal communication skills.Be able to handle pressure.Ability to plan, control, and organize work and take own initiative.Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE1-2 years' experience dealing with internships/learnerships.Strong admin background – 1-2 years.Must have Excel – Intermediate phase.KEY POINTSSalary: Market RelatedBenefits: Medical aid and pensionContract Type: Permanent, 40 hours (full time)
