Partner with IA, PAC, and key stakeholders to understand messaging, outcomes, and goals.
Implement the impact communications strategy by managing all initiatives within the tactical plan Partner with PAC in overseeing the production of annual impact videos for the foundation. Develop strategies to monitor and track progress of the impact communications tactical plan.
Create measurement indicators for each impact communications initiative throughout the year. Measure the outcomes of the impact communications strategy and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to present insights.
KPI: Deliver the annual strategic impact communications tactical plan on time and with high quality.
Strategic Communications and Thought Leadership Content Production (25%) Produce and manage internal communications, such as newsletters, blog posts, IA insights, and event-specific collateral to enhance impact and thought leadership communication.
Collaborate with PAC and IA to develop the Annual Report.
Assist teams with layout design, formatting, and content presentation for various strategic impact communications outputs.
KPI: Ensure timely distribution and high-quality internal impact communications that enables impact reporting and support event communication needs.
Fellowship Campaign Management and Awareness (20%) Oversee and review campaign materials to ensure alignment with the Foundation's brand, mission, and strategic objectives.
Support the implementation of the Foundation's initiatives related to the allocated programme portfolio.
Assist with campaign execution, coordinating logistics and content creation to deliver impactful campaigns.
KPI: Ensure effective campaign execution, adherence to timelines, and alignment with brand standards.
Support Brand Management and Corporate Identity (15%) Collaborate with PAC to ensure respective branded materials meet corporate identity standards and are accessible for internal and external use.
Approve respective brand-related items to maintain the integrity and consistency of the brand identity.
KPI: Support PAC outcomes in ensuring consistent, high-quality brand representation in materials and ensure accessibility of essential brand assets.
Support Public Relations and Content Administration (10%) Partner with PAC in coordinating the collection and organisation of PR content, facilitate interviews, and maintain an organised archive of PR materials.
Collaborate with PAC in managing multimedia content, ensuring proper filing, storage, and accessibility for internal teams.
KPI: Support PAC in maintaining well-organised PR archives, efficient multimedia content management, and prompt responses to content requests.
Experience and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years' experience, with 1 year in communications or data analysis roles.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
