Chinese (written and spoken) is highly advantageous; additional language skills are a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Duties and responsibilities:Provide in-depth advice on all aspects of South African immigration law, including visa applications, residency permits, and compliance matters.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored immigration solutions.Manage complex immigration cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely, accurate, and successful outcomes.Stay informed on immigration law changes and regulatory compliances and ensure all processes and client advisories comply with current legal standards.Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and fostering their professional growth and development.Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, reports, and correspondence related to immigration cases.Act as a liaison with government authorities, legal entities, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
