Full job descriptionAbout the Role: We are looking for seven skilled ICT Support Specialists to join our Managed ICT Support Services team. In this role, you will support our digital services and ICT infrastructure, focusing on eCommerce solutions, cloud management, and end-user equipment support. This team will work under the guidance of the Digital Services Manager to deliver exceptional ICT services across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support for ICT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital service management.Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize eCommerce solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.Support cloud asset management and assist in ensuring all digital environments are secure and fully operational.Collaborate within the team to ensure all client service requests are handled efficiently and in compliance with established standards.Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Minimum NQF Level 6 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Software Development, or Computer Science.Certifications: Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications (valid, certified qualifications not older than six months):CompTIA A+ or equivalent for foundational technical support.Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing ICT support, with a focus on cloud-based solutions, digital service management, and client-facing support.Team Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to support and service delivery.Evaluation Criteria: Candidates will be evaluated based on their educational background, certifications, and demonstrated experience in ICT support roles. Team members must provide copies of all required certifications and have at least two contactable references verifying their technical skills and reliability.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
