Iam Compliance And Risk Management Consultant (Expert)

Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management.Integrate ServiceNow with SAP and OneIdentity using web services or other relevant technologies.Develop and maintain IAM processes, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.Conduct thorough SoD analysis and implement effective remediation strategies.Investigate and resolve compliance conflicts through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Contribute to the Agile Working Model (AWM) as required.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.Relevant cloud or AD authentication certification.ITIL certification (advantageous).Scrum certification (advantageous).Minimum of 4 years of SAP GRC experience.Minimum of 6 years of IAM experience.Advantageous Skills:Experienced understanding of the Agile Working Model.Experienced knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket/GitHub.Strong self-starter with the ability to proactively contribute to team activities.Systematic and logical approach to problem analysis and solution documentation.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Demonstrated work ethic and integrity.Willingness to coach and share knowledge with colleagues.Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time (international) if required.
