I.T Coordinator

Oversees the seamless operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT infrastructure, including personal computers, local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), and telecommunication systems, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of technical issues.. Key Functions and Accountabilities:Serve as a key backup for the Area ITC, managing workflows and daily tasks.Lead negotiations and manage procurement with suppliers.Oversee and maintain IT budget forecasting.Act as a liaison between user and director requests, and the regional business department.Support setup for agent offices and new office creation.Produce and manage quality environmental, business continuity, and sustainability reports.Provide first-line desktop support and manage Identity Access Management (IAM).Administer Salesforce and oversee case management system assignments.Handle e-forms, website updates, and asset management.Manage mobile phone services and oversee office management, including PA support.Monitor hardware performance and implement upgrades.Enhance office and equipment functionality to foster smarter, more efficient working environments.Develop basic web and script solutions.Troubleshoot and manage Ethernet networks (LAN and WAN), ensuring appropriate hardware and software configurations.Guide users on optimizing their desktop environment and resolve technical issues.Install and troubleshoot essential hardware components like memory, modems, and hard drives in both PCs and servers.Support a variety of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and other approved devices.Ensure clear, concise, and organized communication, both verbally and in writing, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.Lead task prioritization, focusing on high-impact activities, and guide others in organizing their work efficiently.Make sound decisions in ambiguous situations, adjusting to new information as needed.Analyze issues systematically and identify solutions by gathering information from various sources. Skills and Knowledge Required:• A+ & N+, COMPTIAA+, CCNA certificate• University Degree or Diploma in Information Technology• 5 Years experience Technical Competencies:• Expertise in networking systems (LAN, WAN) and communication platforms (Jabber, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).• Strong analytical abilities with a highly independent and proactive approach to problem-solving.• Capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.• In-depth knowledge of user application systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs.• Collaborative team player with a flexible and cooperative mindset.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
