Hygiene Technologist

A leading Meat Manufacturing company based in the Western Cape is looking for an experienced Hygiene Technologist to join their team Minimum Requirements : A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hygiene Technologist. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in the meat sector. Expertise in ISO 22000 and HACCP process flow verification. Strong knowledge of hazard analysis and risk assessment methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
