Job DescriptionImplementing systems and conducting checks to ensure food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene during food preparation;Assisting operators to conduct in-house supervision and correct irregularities detected;Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.QualificationsHas good working knowledge in GMP, GHP, HACCP, Food Safety Act of the Philippines.Relevant certifications are preferred.Minimum of 1 year experience in food safety, quality assurance or relevant experience in the hospitality industry.Team player who is able to work independently and with minimum supervision.Additional Information• Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
