HVAC SupervisorOur client is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join their team, based in Johannesburg.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for clients. You will also manage a team of HVAC Technicians and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Minimum Requirements:Refrigeration Trade Test - Red Seal or NQF 6 AirconditioningMatricDrivers License3-5 years as HVAC Technician / SupervisorStrong technical knowledgeFamiliar with all systems and different productsDuties:Maintenance ManagementOversee all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolioSupervise internal and external teamsAssist the team with on-site fault findingPrepare maintenance schedules (PPM) and registers of all assetsLiaise with tenants on breakdownsComplete adjudication costs for approvalWork with the appointed engineerComplete small designs, spec the correct systems and devices with accurate calculationsTravel to each building within the portfolio, completing assessments and reports on the systemsEnsure service providers' Service Level Agreements are managed according to the agreed terms and conditionsCustomer Service ManagementLiaise with tenants and resolve building maintenance queries timeouslyManage tenant-landlord relationshipsBuild good relationships with contractorsEnsure compliance with relevant ActsControl, manage, and govern processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimize business riskSelf-developmentIdentify training/development needs and pro-actively select effective solutions to address development gapsDevelop and implement a personal development planStaff ManagementImplement and review individual role profiles within teamsIf you wish to apply for this position, please email your CV + supporting documentation to (Email Disabled).
