Hvac Supervisor

Company situated in Isando is urgently looking for a Contracts / Project Supervisor Construction / Building Industry, with HVAC or Smoke Ventilation Experience.
Smoke Ventilation Installation Subcontractors
You will be responsible for our Production Planning Function which includes Product Development Works Orders, After Sales Service and Customer Support.
You will report directly to the General Manager (vacant) and Managing Director.

You will be working hand in hand withthe following Management Staff:

Production Manager
Development and Design Manager (in-house design and customized products)
Financial and HR Manager
General Manager (vacant)

The following staff are sub-ordinate to your position:

Production Coordinator (administration and support)
Stores Administrator (full stores responsibility)
Buying Administrator (full procurement function)
Contracts Coordinator (administration and support)

The entire Production and Planning function consist of the following key elements:

Production Manager and Production Coordinator
Labour and Union related matters (to attend with HR staff)
Stores (receiving and dispatch of materials, equipment and components)
Materials procurement procedures (materials, equipment and components)
Production scheduling to suit customer requirements
Production scheduling to suit material requirements
Development works order procedures and priority listing
Special factory works order procedures, scheduling and completion
Close coordination with our Financial Department
Delivery date planning and execution
Installation date planning with Contracts Staff

ISO 9001 QMS System
The contract progress register is supported by information boards and installation registers upon which progress is monitored in terms of the following:

- Installation of products and system.
- Electrical / pneumatical reticulation.
- Pre-commissioning.
- Final commissioning.

Salary R20 -R25
