Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Senior Manager Technician to lead our client's Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including DX splits, VRF, and Chillers. This role requires someone with a track record in team management, excellent customer service, and a strong technical foundation in HVAC systems.
Key responsibilities:

Team management: Lead and manage the maintenance department, overseeing all technical and operational activities.
Client relations: Liaise with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Administrative duties: Handle administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and consolidating job cards.
Breakdown response: Attend to breakdowns on site as needed, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.
Technical expertise: Work across various HVAC systems, specifically with DX splits, VRF, and Chillers.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing teams within the HVAC or related industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems particularly DX splits, VRF, and Chillers.
Previous experience in customer service and new client sourcing.
Competent in handling administrative tasks.
