Human Resources Partner – Richards Bay

Our client seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Partner to join their HR team in Richards Bay. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate to develop their career while supporting various HR functions and contributing to their organization's success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources records.Efficient administration processing of retirement funds in accordance with the funds' rules, processing of ill health, death, and medical aid administration.Provide recruitment and selection services.Provide a training and development service to line managers and employees.Facilitate the quarterly performance assessment process.Execute Employment equity strategies.Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.Capture employee-approved leave requests into the leave time and attendance system.Submit overtime, call out, and other payroll-related information to payroll.Distribute employee pay slips.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology / HR Management.High Emotional intelligence.3-5+ years' human resource experience in a manufacturing environment at an HRBP Level.Ability to develop business relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Good administrative and communication skills.Team player with the ability to interact with and influence peers in management.
