As a Manager, you will report to the Director of Employee Experience . From a high-level perspective, the core responsibilities that form your role are broken down into the following 6 categories: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment and workforce planning Staff Onboarding and Offboarding People Operations and Coordination Vendor Management and HR System Maintenance Payroll and HR Administration Reporting Your Daily Tasks The following are the Tasks linked to the Core Responsibilities that will be expected as part of this role: 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Responsibilities:These responsibilities include the representation of the company's Talent and Recruitment that include (but not limited to) the following tasks: Talent Acquisition Strategy - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy and review on a semi-annual basis to ensure relevance. Timely Hiring - Successfully hiring talent for the required roles in a timely People Pipeline - Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future job openings While building and maintaining relationships with candidates to create a talent pool for future hiring needs. Diversity - Implement diversity and inclusion strategies to attract a diverse talent pool in all locations Workforce Reporting - Report against forecast and budget and reasons for Process Improvement - Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing 2. Staff Onboarding and Offboarding Responsibilities:These responsibilities include the representation of the company's Staff On and Offboard that include (but not limited to) the following tasks: Onboarding Content - Develop and produce content for onboarding programs Onboarding Facilitation - Continuously managing and coordinating individual employees through their onboarding process. Onboarding Improvements - Feedback from candidates from onboarding process and documentation of any improvements. 3. People Operations Responsibilities: HR Consultation - Successfully providing HR support and consultation across the Continuous People Management- Maintaining daily people changes and Partner with Director Employee Experience to change manage and roll out strategic HR projects. Vendor Management and HR System Maintenance Update and maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity. Manage HR vendors and supplier relationships, including EOR/PEO HR Administration and coordination Benefit management. Coordination of HR related training and change initiatives. Reporting Provide input for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting. Strategic Expectations Share insights to enable development of new processes and procedures that will create business efficiency and support delivery of client excellence in service. Maintain awareness of industry, regulatory, jurisdictional, and other trends that could affect the Contribute to the creation, development and implementation of new products and solutions to accommodate the businesses continuous changing needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations staff, business users, project, and implementation managers to achieve desired and elegant solutions.
