JOB TITLE: Human Resources Officer MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The purpose of this position to plan, direct and coordinate the company's Human Resource strategy of the Group, ensuring all staff are aligned to give effect to the vision, mission, values, culture and business objectives, accepted best practices as well as legislative and governance frameworks. DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA's): Organisation Design, Strategy and Change Management Talent Management Performance Management Employee Relations HR Governance and Risk Management Remuneration, Reward and HRIS Technology Employee Wellness HR Service Delivery and Administration Reporting QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Degree in HRM (Advantageous) WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
