POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, the successful incumbent will engage with all departments of the business.

Word, Excel, OutlookKey ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, accurate administration, adherence to HR processes and practices and perform HR related duties as required.Assist and support the HR team as required.Facilitate the recruitment process from start to end.Assist managers with IR related matters and related administration.Co-ordinate and assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures.Ensure employee files are aligned to BCEA requirements.Facilitate onboarding or induction orientation as required.Assist with the updating and maintenance of company policies and procedures as required.Assist with monthly HR reporting.Assist with accurate record keeping of HR information and statistics (i.e.
staff turnover, employment equity, skills development and training, etc.
).Updating and maintenance of company systems and policies and other administration activities (i.e.
job profiles, contracts and letters to employees).Assist with Employee Wellness, culture and appreciation initiatives.Conduct onboarding, Induction activities for new hires.Ensure Job Descriptions are updated and maintained.Maintain and validate all personnel records in HR Systems (mHUB).Assist with HR Audits.Assist with HR related projects as required.Assist with staff transport submissions and invoice reconciliation when required.Assist with Learning and Development and Employment Equity related functions and initiatives as and when required.Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
