Human Resources Manager - Pietermaritzburg

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.



REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

BTech Degree in Human Resources Management / National Diploma in Human Resources Management / F.E.T College – N4, N5, N6 in Human Resources Management / Certificate in Conflict Management.

Valid driver's license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Working knowledge on Xero and Vend programmes.

3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position and actively able to perform the full human resources process (recruitment, labour issues, employee relations, performance management, CCMA, payroll (approximately 100 employees), Seta and equity submissions, time and attendance).
