Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and provide targeted development opportunities.Work in collaboration with the HR lead to identify and support training needs across portfolios.Support performance management by integrating training outcomes into the performance management framework. Offer expert guidance on performance improvement plans and support managers in addressing performance gaps. Provide training and support as required.Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure we appoint top talent.
