Human Resources ManagementProvide support in terms of the operational responsibilities of the Human Resources Division inclusive of HR Development & Talent Management, Remuneration & Benefits, HR Administration, Performance Management and RecruitmentFacilitate the management and promotion of fair and sound Labour RelationsManage special programmes such as HR Planning, Employee Health and Wellness (EHWP)Review, interpret and implement HR policies and proceduresMonitor and evaluate the implementation of HR strategiesProvide advisory services to management on HR mattersManage organisational performance management systemL&DWork closely with line managers to understanding training needsCoordinate training with service providersManage training register in preparation for annual training reportingCollate information for annual training reportingManage Payroll InputCoordinate and manage legislation governance in relation to leave administration, overtime, employee working hours, bursary managementCoordinate and manage payroll input for new employeesCoordinate and submit payroll input for terminated employeesCoordinate disability, funeral and death claimsEmployment Equity and Workplace SkillsCoordinate and participate in Employment Equity forumsResponsible for Annual submission of Employment Equity as well as annual submission and reporting on EE figures.Responsible for Annual submission of WSP REQUIREMENTS3-5 years experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in FMCG, retail or manufacturingGeneral understanding of all labour legislation (EEA, BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act)HR Systems
