Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our people centric Human Resources Team. This role will report into our HR Director for Markets and play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda across our South Africa Market (our newest market!)
Working as Human Resources Manager you will be working and supporting cross-functional teams in South Africa. This will include ownership and end to end delivery of people centric programmes and work streams from organizational design, workforce planning, performance management and using people data to validate, test ideas and execute positive change whilst supporting business leaders and people managers.
