Role profile - Group human resources KENA Group is recruiting a human resources professional who will report to the CEO. Role purpose The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management and implementation of various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, monthly reporting, talent retention, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations. Responsibilities Strategic HR leadership: Collaborate with the entities to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, particularly focusing on accountability. Team management: Lead and mentor the intern team in their professional development and alignment with business priorities. Change management: Drive and manage organisational change initiatives, including those related to adhering to company policies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Talent management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce capable of delivering superior service. Employee relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and fostering a positive work environment. HR analytics: Utilise HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes, contributing to better business outcomes. HR policy development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic objectives and ensure legal compliance. Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters. Manage employee benefits: Identify and structure benefits, including planning and tracking benefits. Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology. Proven track record of success in business development, industrial relations, or HR roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business development.
