Our Client in the retail sector is hiring a Human Resources Manager.The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will deliver comprehensive HR services to the organization.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organizations staffing needs are met.Develop and implement HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.Provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysisSkills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsHR Qualification and 5 years in a similar role, experience in retail would be advantageous.
