Human Resources Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions and drive strategic people initiatives.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Design training and development programs to build employee capabilities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.
Manage employee relations and foster a supportive, inclusive culture.
Conduct regular HR audits and refine policies to ensure operational excellence.

HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) is an advantage.
