As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be overseeing the necessary verification checks within the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, gathering requirements from managers, and coordinating recruitment-related events.

Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring team
Build and maintain relationships with local universities to build a strong pipeline of junior candidates for Engineering graduate
Coordinate events (internal and external) – liaise with event organisers, book and pay for events, notify attendees/participants, ensure swag is available when necessary, i.e Meetups, Career Fairs, webinars, open days,
Partner with the Design team to create ad-creatives for LinkedIn and other social media
Ensure a high-level of customer-orientation with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
Gather scorecard, interview plan, and job ad from hiring managers and update accordingly in Greenhouse
Research social media channels that will help recruiters attract quality and diverse candidates.
Own and management TA Confluence page
Conduct background checks – gather candidate's required documentation, capture fingerprints, submit checks, alert recruiter of
Job Requirements:
0-2 years experience in HR or Office Administration preferred
Proactive thinker

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable
Accurate planning, organization and business coordination skills
Excellent listening skills
Knowledge of Google suite, Jira, Greenhouse, BambooHR essential.
