Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite Attributes A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Multilingual with a strong command of English with at least one African language will be an added advantage Self-motivated, honest, high integrity, courteous and helpful The ability to function well under pressure, prioritize matters and act on them accordingly.
The ability to function both independently and in a team, take initiative, show commitment, and is motivated to achieve tasks in the required time frame.
Familiarity with HR systems will be an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities   Ensuring proper filing of HR paperwork (digital and physical).
Maintaining and updating employee records.
Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
Ensure accurate payroll input and that it is submitted in time Administratively support HR department, on the release of adverts, shortlisting, setting interviews  Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Preparing training materials and tracking attendance.
