Job Purpose: Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Head of Human Resources. ResponsibilitiesAssist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Head of HR and HR team which includes:Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviewsParticipate in employee onboarding and training programsHelp manage employee records and HR databasesContribute to HR projects and initiativesInductionLabour RelationsWellnessLearning and DevelopmentRemuneration and BenefitsQualification and Experience:MatricUndergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum: Entry-level with exposure to HR practicesProficiency in MS Office SuiteSkills and Knowledge:Strong passion and interest in people development, diversity and inclusion, and organisational culture.Adaptable and resilient.Performance driven and individually accountable.An enquiring mind and problem-solving abilities.Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work in a team of skilled individuals while delivering on own personal goals.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
